As each product is custom-made according to your specifications, production will only begin once payment has been confirmed.

To finalize your purchase, simply click on the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button on our website. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you can enter your payment details or use PayPal. Transactions are handled via PayPal, and the charge will be reflected on your statement as a PayPal transaction.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, either PayPal or your credit/debit card.

Your credit card information is never stored or processed on shopzenin.com servers, and we ensure that no information is shared with third parties.
