A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL

No worries—our packages do not include a return label. Simply reach out to [email protected], and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange.

C. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number and full name

  • Proof of purchase (Order information screenshot)

  • Reason for return

  • To expedite the process, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 24 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirming the completion of your return. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

D. DAMAGED AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

We only support exchanges for products that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or differ in size from your order. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected].

E. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only applicable for damaged, incorrect, or defective products, as well as incorrect sizes. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected].

– Customers do not need to cover return shipping costs for defective products.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed within 14 days and automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

G. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible, depending on the production department’s processing status.

Before placing an order, please ensure your address is accurate, including the street and house number, to avoid delivery issues. If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any resulting loss. We appreciate your understanding.
